Fassa MS20 Base Coat Render

Fassa MS20 Base Coat Render is our equivalent of standard OCR but provides a more up to date work ability and finish then the traditional sand and cement bag. This product is a premixed mortar that is made of hydrated lime, graded sands, Portland cement and specific additives which is similar to our slightly higher rated products.

The difference between our standard of OCR to your normal sand and cement mix, is the quality of ingredients used. They are in keeping with general purpose rendering/plastering mortar but can provide a more advance easy workability and finish.

To apply our Fassa MS20 Base Coat Render you can either do so by hand or machine onto walls that are made of concrete blocks, bricks or rough concrete.

This product is generally our most popular product and usually recommend to our “first time” Fassa Bortolo users as its very easy to use and you can apply the same sort of skills you would use with standard OCR onto brick application.
