Our returns and refunds policy

We at WBCS Ltd offer returns for items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of delivery However, the item(s) being returned must meet our returns policy. Please also be aware that we do not accept returns on any specified coloured items, and there is a standard 33% restocking/admin charge on all item(s) being returned.

Please see returns criteria below:

  • NO RETURNS ON SPECIFIED COLOUR RENDER ITEMS I.E. TOPCOAT/PRIMER/PAINT/FASSACOUCHE.
  • NO RETURNS ON ACTIS, PROTECTION, FIXINGS, TAPES, RENDER BEADS, SILICONES AND ADHESIVES.
  • RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON BAGS IF BAGS ARE BROKEN/DAMAGED OR IF THE BAGS HAVE BEEN STORED ON SITE.
  • RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON TOPCOAT OR PRIMER IF THE SEAL AROUND THE TUB HAS BEEN BROKEN.
  • WE WILL NOT ACCEPTED RETURNS ON SPECIFIED COLOUR ITEM(S) EVEN IF THE COLOUR HAS BEEN CHOSEN WRONG OR THE CONSUMER HAS CHANGED THEIR MIND.
  • 33% RESTOCKING/ADMIN CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED FOR ALL RENDER BASECOAT PRODUCTS BEING RETURNED.
  • 33% RESTOCKING/ADMIN CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED FOR WHITE TOPCOAT, PRIMER, PAINT AND FASSACOUCHE(BIANCHISSIMO) BEING RETURNED.
How do I return a product?

To process a return, you will need to contact us via our email sales@woodmanbros.co.uk, it could take up to 3 days before receiving a response from us, especially if the request is sent over a weekend when we are closed. Please also be aware you may be asked to provide photo evidence and information for the item(s) you are returning to deem whether the item(s) meet our returns policy. If we deem the item(s) meet the criteria over email, this means we have accepted the items may be returned to the store for further approval and does not mean you are guaranteed the refund. To return the item(s) you will need to sort your OWN transport to send the item(s) back to our store. Once we have received the returned item(s) and they are signed off by a member of staff and are acceptable for a return, you will receive an email confirming your returned item(s) are being refunded.

When do I receive my refund?

Once the item(s) have been deemed fit for return and you have received your confirmation email with a refund receipt attached, it could then take up to 14 days for the funds to be back into your account. The refund must go back onto the same card used to make the original purchase.

Will my item(s) be accepted for a refund if they are damaged in transport?

It is your responsibility to make sure the item(s) being returned are returned in good condition, sealed and un-damage. If the item(s) have been returned via a chosen courier service by yourself and have arrived at our store damaged, we have the right to not accept the items and to turn the courier away. If the item(s) are being returned via courier service and we accept the items, you will be notified via email.

Will I be able to cancel my order?

We cannot guarantee you will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed, especially on orders that need to be tinted i.e., coloured topcoats, paint or primer. We can only advise that you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order for the best chance of receiving a cancellation and for you to receive a refund.
