Fassa KC-1 Base Coat

Fassa KC-1 Lime and Cement Base Coat is our middle ground OCR that is a standard sand & cement render with an added ingredient of lime. This means our KC-1 product has the slight edge on our MS20, as the added hydrated lime makes the product more hydrated which therefore improves the workability and adhesion. As well as the hydrated lime, KC-1 is also made from graded sands, Portland cement and specific additives.

This base coat product is an outdoor product that is to be used on concrete blocks, rough concrete and walls made of bricks.

You can apply our Fassa KC-1 Lime and Cement Base Coat by hand or machine but for any special underlays please check technical data sheet or contact our team.
