Fassa KI-7 Base Coat

Fassa KI-7 Base Coat is our fibre-reinforced OCR, that is still made from Portland cement and graded sands but has even more added ingredients such as water repellent material, polymer fibres and specific additives. With these added ingredients you will find the KI-7 to have even more workability and adhesion then any standard OCR.

As Fassa KI-7 Base Coat is a fibre-reinforced product, you will find this makes the product very suitable for exterior applications due to it having high water-repellent properties but can still maintain its permeability to water vapour.

Fassa KI-7 Base Coat is a base coat plaster/render that can be used onto bricks, honeycombed bricks, rough concrete, concrete blocks, or expanded clay and can be applied either by hand or machine.

If you are after a lime/cement base coat that can give you the added benefits of it being fibre reinforced and having water-repellent properties, then Fassa KI-7 Base Coat is the product to use.
